ELDOA™ FIT Class Series

This will be a great introduction to ELDOA! This series has been designed in a specific, progressive format allowing you to experience these amazing postural exercises at the beginner, intermediate, and more advanced levels..

The ELDOA FIT Classes are 60 minutes and consist of:
Proper warm up respecting the biomechanics of the joints and spine, Myofascial Stretching, Series of ELDOAs varying in progressions and intensity, Cool down including normalization of the gravity line
