
4-week ELDOA™ FIT Class Series
ELDOA FIT is a fitness class with the primary focus of improving spine and joint stability and mobility. It is for all levels–beginner to advanced. Class includes a warm-up, segmental strengthening, myofascial stretching, and ELDOA. This class runs 50-60 minutes and focuses on hips, spine, neck, shoulders, ribs, and pelvis depending on the program for the week.
