Angela Dempsey is the founder of AXIALITY, an ELDOA™ Studio created to engage the Nashville community and beyond in spine and joint recovery through training and education in the ELDOA™ Method. ELDOA™ is a revolutionary method of precise, postural exercises designed to treat neck and back pain, relieve joint pain, improve sports performance, promote sports and injury recovery, and aid in postural correction. ELDOA™ was created by Dr. Guy VOYER, a world-renowned Osteopath, Orthopedic, and fascia expert.
Angela’s core motivation in life has been to encourage others, to think outside the “box”, and to pursue excellence through education. She was born in Huntsville, Alabama. She attended Auburn University and graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. She has worked for the Corps of Engineers, served with various nonprofit organizations, battled the challenges of a stay-at-home mom, and homeschooled her teenage daughters in a year-long family adventure in Colorado.
After a traumatic car accident in 2016 left her with a concussion, whiplash, cervical spine trauma, and chronic headaches, Angela began to seek help outside of surgical options and pain medicine to help heal her pain. While living in Colorado, her search for healing led her to a Chiropractor who recommended her to a ELDOA™ practitioner.
Her experience with ELDOA™and its healing in her life has made her passionate about telling others about ELDOA™ and teaching them ELDOA™ postures. She pursued ELDOA™ Trainer Certification with Bryce Turner in Seal Beach, CA, and ELDOA™ creator, Dr. Guy VOYER, and graduated as a Level 4, Certified ELDOA Trainer in February of 2019. This training, coupled with Angela’s technical background as a Mechanical Engineer and her personal experience with chronic pain, makes her unique health and wellness resource. She is currently teaching ELDOA™ in the Nashville area to help others reach their goals whether it is pain relief, sports recovery, aging gracefully, fighting scoliosis, or just improving their posture after hours at a desk. She has also been bringing ELDOA certification to the Nashville area since November 2019.
She has been married to her husband, Robb, for almost 20 years. They have a mutual love of their two daughters, books, travel, being outdoors, drinking good coffee, and their sassy Siamese cat, Daisy. Their family has deep, Tennessee roots going back 4 generations and they are thankful to call Nashville home.
